VBS 2025

6:30PM - 8:30 PM at the Chapel Hill Campus

Join us at Grace Church VBS, where your kids will discover God’s Word in an exciting way. This will be the highlight of your kid’s summer!

For children ages 3 years - rising 6th grade. Middle School students and teens are welcome to serve on the team!

In order to provide an exceptional experience for 300+ kids, we need a large team of volunteers! Hosting VBS in the evenings allows for team members to serve after work, while allowing for most families to bring their kids after work as well.
VBS is a free event for our kids and guests, fully paid for by the Advance the Kingdom Offering.
We believe that 3 days is a great length for an evening event. We recognize that families are staying out late and that team members have daytime commitments. 3 days is a great balance for a fun event without wearing out our kids and volunteers.
We have a great team of volunteers that accompany children with special needs and help them have a great experience. Our team will gather information to ensure we can provide the best care for your child.

There are serving roles built for students and teenagers! Serving on the VBS team is a great way to empower and equip students as they serve younger children.
We invite families to enjoy the evening away while we serve the children! However, parents are invited to serve on the VBS team if they would like.
There will be childcare provided for team members’ children aged 2 and under.
There will be a police officer on duty each night at VBS, in addition to a volunteer security team. Children travel with their leaders among stations and all adults serving undergo a criminal background check. Finally, parents are given a security tag each night that must match their child’s in order to pick-up.
