About

Grace Church offers a variety of Summer Staff positions designed to train and equip the next generation of leaders for work within and beyond the walls of our church. We’re looking for energetic, self-starters who are interested in getting great hands on experience and contributing to the Grace Church team. If you’re interested in rolling your sleeves up, serving under some wonderful leaders and getting a great opportunity to passionately serve Jesus at the local church level…then a Summer Staff position could be a great fit for you.

We believe that a Summer Staff role will:
-build your life
-provide great experience for your future
-develop your skills and abilities
-help you grow as a leader
-give you a vision and experience for what a great team environment looks like
-be fulfilling for you as you use your gifts and talents to serve the body of Christ

How Does It Work?

Summer Staff will work between 20 to 25 hours per week for 12 weeks during the Summer (May 12 through August 10). There will be some flexibility with schedules and potential needed time off.  Summer Staff will be paid bi-weekly at a minimum of $18 per hour, depending on position, skill level, and experience. We will post the positions available each Summer and hire up to four of the applicants for Summer Staff positions. Our hope is that our Summer Staff program will produce future employees for Grace Church, but these are temporary positions that will end at the close of the Summer.

If you would like to apply for a position, simply complete the application process and someone from our team will reach out to you.
