Grace Church is led by local elders, with an oversight team, while listening to the members and attendees. We get wisdom and accountability from outside sources, while getting personal buy-in and the voice of the people from the local elders. Our Lead Pastor, Kendrick Vinar, is pastored by the oversight team, comprised of leaders who pastor large congregations. Their advice and insight is invaluable to our Pastor’s decision-making process.
