STEP THREE is a vital step in the Growth Track at Grace Church. At STEP THREE you learn about the values of Grace Church that make us who we are; plus, applying these values to your life will help you grow in your faith and make you a more effective Christian in your daily life.

Normally, STEP THREE is a small group experience. Since you are taking this step online you don’t get to initially connect with other people who are also taking this journey, but there’s still so much for you to internalize and take with you. This step is specifically made available to you online so you can continue as a potential small group leader. In other words, we don’t normally do this since the small group aspect of STEP THREE is so important, but we want to help you become an approved small group leader as soon as possible.
