HOW WE DO MENTORS AT GRACE CHURCH…

The way we do mentoring at Grace is that the person being mentored initiates everything. They set up the meetings, they ask the questions, they apply the wisdom given, and they set up the next meeting. Mentors respond to them and give them what they have spiritually so the person being mentored can take their next steps in faith. It's up to the person being mentored how much they want to get out of mentoring.

HOW DO WE FIND MENTORS AT GRACE CHURCH…

ASK
From Your Current Christ-Centered Relationships, Ask the Person you most want to be like to meet with you. You don’t have to put a label on your relationship. Just ask someone. “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 11:1

LOOK
If you don’t have local Christ-centered relationships, join a small group and Dream Team. Pursue relationships for a time, inviting people to hang out and spend time together. Eventually, from those Christ-Centered Relationships, Ask the Person you most want to be like.

HELP
If you’ve tried to pursue relationships but it’s just not working, then contact a person from the list below. This is like blind dating, but go with faith, expectation and receive whatever they have to give.
