What You’ll Do
As the Grace Kids Campus Director, you’ll provide leadership and oversight for Grace Kids at the Alamance Campus, including:
Sunday Grace Kids environments
Dream Team recruitment and development
Volunteer scheduling and communication
Parent and family connection
Child Dedications and special events
Classroom safety and ministry systems
Portable campus setup and teardown
You’ll work alongside Service Coordinators, team leads, the Campus Pastor, and the Grace Kids Pastor to create a healthy, sustainable ministry that serves children, families, and volunteers well.

Qualifications and Requirements
1–3 years of experience in children’s ministry, education, or a related field.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and supervise diverse teams of volunteers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Familiarity with Planning Center, CCB, or similar ministry systems.
Completion of Grace Church Growth Track and active membership required.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with portable ministry operations.
Responsibilities Include
Oversee Grace Kids environments each Sunday, ensuring classrooms are clean, safe, prepared, and properly resourced.
Serve as the primary Grace Kids presence for families at the Alamance Campus.
Lead, train, and develop Service Coordinators, team leads, and Dream Team members.
Recruit and onboard volunteers for Early Childhood, Elementary, Check-In, Security, and setup/teardown teams.
Ensure teams are appropriately staffed and scheduled for Sunday services.
Communicate regularly with Grace Kids leaders, volunteers, and parents.
Partner with the Grace Kids Pastor to provide training and resources for ministry teams.
Maintain systems for background checks, classroom ratios, volunteer staffing, and other ministry needs.
Serve as a liaison between the central Grace Kids team and the Alamance Campus.
Coordinate supplies, equipment, and campus-specific ministry needs.
Lead Grace Kids setup and teardown operations and ensure classrooms are restored following services.
Support Child Dedications and other Grace Kids special events.
