Becoming a Serve Leader
Orientation
We want to instill in you the values and vision of Grace Church Serve. This orientation video is your first step to becoming a Serve Project leader. It will explain the simple, yet powerful, ways that Serve Project leaders impact others’ lives and our community.
We would love to get to know you. This new Serve leader application lets you express your heart behind wanting to lead while ensuring that we are all in this together.
Application
After you’ve filled out the application, you will receive an email from the Serve Team Coaches and can schedule a phone interview with one of them.
Interview
Now it’s time to lead your Serve project. Once you have completed the first three steps, your Serve Coach will guide you through the process to register your first Serve project.
